Scan the Venmo code, pay $10 and leave your email address, I will forward a link for you to join the workout via Zoom (a free app that will prompt you to download).
The sessions are pre-scheduled for Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 am. Pick and schedule a time that is convenient for you and if you can't make the scheduled time, no problem, the session will be recorded, so you can join in at a time that is convenient for you.
All Zoom training sessions will include free nutritional guidance and weekly diet feedback to get you on the right track, as well as access to our online training Facebook Community for accountability.
