“I just put away my 12’s, my 10’s and most of my 8’s thanks to Susan. For the past two years I have been working hard trying to lose the 30 pounds I put on since my 43rd birthday. In April, I had lost most of it, but was stuck with more to lose to really fit in my clothes and feel comfortable. Since working with Susan, I have dropped 7 lbs. since April, but more importantly, i went from 25% body fat down to 20.3% body fat and the fittest I’ve been in 16 years.
